01 — What we collect

When you sign in we receive your name, email and a user ID from our sign-in provider. When you scan a website we store the address you scanned, the page title and when you scanned it.

When you save a design system we store its name, the source address and the generated system. We also store how many systems your account has generated today and this month so the generation limits can be enforced.

02 — How we use it

Only to run Dextract: show your results, keep your library and scan history in your account, and fix problems. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

03 — Websites you scan

To read a site's design, we load its public page through a scanning service and send the extracted brand details to an AI service to write your design system. Only publicly visible page content is processed.

04 — Error reports

If something breaks, we receive a technical error report (what failed, browser type, time). These reports don't include the content of your design systems.

05 — Storage on your device

We keep your last scan and theme choice in your browser so the app picks up where you left off. Clear your browser storage to remove them.

06 — Your choices

You can delete saved systems at any time from the Library. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll remove it.
