01 — Using Dextract
Dextract reads the public design of websites and helps you turn it into a design system. By using it you agree to these terms.
02 — Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.
03 — Acceptable use
Don't use Dextract to overload, attack or scrape sites against their terms, to copy protected trademarks or logos as your own, or for anything unlawful.
04 — Brands and ownership
Brands, logos and fonts you scan belong to their owners. Dextract gives you a reference and a starting point, not rights to someone else's brand. The design systems you generate are yours to use, subject to those rights.
05 — Generation limits
Each account can generate 3 design systems per day and 30 per month, counted in UTC. Regenerating a system counts as another generation. Limits are enforced on our servers.
06 — AI output
Generated systems are created automatically and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them.
07 — Availability
We provide Dextract as is and may change, pause or stop features at any time. We aren't liable for indirect losses from using the service.
08 — Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll note the new date at the top of this page.
